I personally know a story where the "mom" told her husband she was going camping with her girlfriends for the weekend. She took the 5yr old 200km in the opposite direction from where she said she was going...

She was cheating on her husband. She partied all night at the beach. The child woke up in the morning. Left the tent. "Mom" and her lover where passed out. The child fell off the dock and drown.

A passer by found the child dead in the water...The cops found mom still sleeping in her tent hours later.. NO CHARGES.

I think every one bought her pity party. My mother was a wretched, self serving whore ... but she loved us and I love her. But man could she turn complete child negligence situation into a "woe is me" story and escape prison sentences.

I think this case is more about keeping the remaining kids alive out of the brutal foster care system, but thats just my opinion.

I took care of a bunch of kids and I never let a single one drown or get brain damage. If I did it with minimal effort, fuck her, she could.
