I'm 33. I'd like to match with women ages 23-28. I think many mid-20s women use 29 or 30 as a cut-off in their matches, even if they're willing to meet a Chad-like 40-year-old in real life.

Older guys of TRP: What is your experience with Tinder and age? Listing yourself as 28 when you're 33, and saying your real age in the profile text? Or in a message? Or, just using your real age? I've had mixed results, and I can't tell which is better. I do know that some women have reported my profile, and Tinder warned me to stop unspecified behavior or be deleted (it didn't specifically mention my "fake" age). ...I'd hate to think a bunch of potential matches will just never see me if I list 33... I'm not even opposed to meeting 30-year-olds, but the match pool of early/mid-20s are just hotter in general.

And fellas, we all know approaching in real life beats Tinder, but I'd appreciate TRP's input on just Tinder here -- thanks!
