If there's no evidence of DV or she hasn't tried reporting the violence to the police then how can we truly believe that one woman has been abused ? Not all women that kill are abused or are victims of DV.

Hopefully this motion fails cause it'll provide special treatment to women and excuse for women to kill while hiding under the false cover of a DV victim.

That makes sense.

According to Daily Kos, women should be allowed to fire warning shots at their attackers (which no one else can do -- the ability to fire a warning shot automatically means that didn't really believe that your life was in enough danger to use lethal force, or you would have used lethal force).

It's funny how a certain set always thinks that the rules should be different for women.
