I am a teacher, and my boss wants another teacher to monitor my performance.

I felt a little awkward, not that I am bad at my subject or something but I don't know, it definitely feels weird or Is it that I am overthinking.

The fact is, my boss had done the same thing to other teachers earlier as well so it might be that I am overthinking about this?
