I'm doing a research paper for my criminology class on pervading crime myths, and was wondering if this subreddit could help me gather information on myths within the spectrum of men's rights.

I'd need solid research that backs up the myth and I'd then create a hypothesis as to why that myth persists. Something along the line of male rape victim statistics, with possible reasons as to why it goes under reported.

If anyone has any possible topics/research, it would be greatly appreciated! Even in academia, I have a hard time finding accredited MRA literature.
