Comment thread in r/adviceanimals about oppression; where are all these people when mens rights issues are brought up and laughed at?

So many of these have the same theme: Oppression is not a race, just because you are ____ (insert class here, sex or race or otherwise), doesn't mean that you never suffer oppression.

^ That is a message I wholly agree with and get behind. However, I find it REALLY telling that this comes up when it's a white woman getting made fun of in the meme. So often when mens rights issues are posted about in one of the main forums, it either gets down voted to heck or the comment threads go along the lines of : "Yeah, men are soooooo oppressed."
