Well you'd have to find out when rape became something unwanted instead of the victim asking for it. I'd look for when rape laws were passed, then sexual assault, then spousal rape and then you might find when laws became gender neutral.

They aren't as far as case law is concerned. Massive discrepancy in sentencing, especially in cases of statutory rape.
