How do you ride the line between making it look like you have nothing going on ("nope I was totally single and not even having sex!") and saying too much ("I was fucking a new girl every week and convinced each one that we were dating")?

The point here being to maintain SMV in her eyes.

Obviously "you don't have to tell her anything" is ideal but how would you even say that when asked?
