But in this case here could be kind of "cultural blindness" across the board, people refusing to distance themselves from the delusion that the low number of women is caused by discrimination. If enough people are delusional, the stock price could stay too high after a company announces plans to start favoring women. Or if a company clearly discriminates against men without announcing it as a policy.
