So we have been separated for a little over a year. We have 2 kids M(5) F(2). Their are a lot of details to the situation. But the just is. We had a verbal agreement that if at any time the other was unable to provide their half of childcare cost witch is $1300 a month. That would be taken as that parent is not financially responsible enough to care for the kids. Mind you i have paid her rent. Put food in her house put gas in her car I pay her insurance and phone. She hasn't had a job for the past year until the past few months. But this is the 2nd time in a month she hasn't paid. Well Tuesday I tried reaching out to her to discuss the situation. She didn't respond for 4 days. She has since told me she plans on keeping the kids for at least another week. I Spoke with the police and since we have to legal guidelines dictating who has the kids when. There isn't anything I can do about it. Help please.
