They only believe when it's convenient.

its going to take a same-sex encounter with PoC to get everyone on due process for sexual assault cases; preferably 2 females because then it can no longer be about "toxic masculinity" and it will help the left eat itself on this issue; LGBTfdadkfaofa vs feminists. Or it will need to involve a case of racism or anti-Semitism.

This is the best tl;dr I could make, original reduced by 85%. (I'm a bot)

College students support due process rights in campus disciplinary hearings, but they are less supportive when it comes to matters of sexual misconduct, according to survey results from the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education released today.

Ninety-eight percent of students said they believe the right to due process in college was "Very important" or "Important." For every protection except one - the right of the accused to make copies of evidence in a sexual misconduct case - a majority of students supported the protections.

Ryan C. Holmes, past president of the Association for Student Conduct Administration, noted that colleges are only responsible for carrying out the student conduct process that students agree to upon enrollment - they do not serve as a court of law.
