Forced circumcision - not even illegal in most areas, so a lack of penalty is too low.

Infanticide - should simply be classed as murder, not a lesser crime. If depression is an excuse for murder then an erection is an excuse for rape.

Deliberately permanently disabling someone in a severe way - this can be worse than murder, and should be treated as such, if disability is deliberately caused via assault, then if the disability results in blindness, deathness or paralysis from the neck down then it should be treated as seriously as murder. If the disability results in permanent damage to a sex organ, then the punishment should be equal or more than rape. This applies to penis and vagina.

False accusations - a crime that can also be worse than murder. This is one of the only crimes in which a direct eye for an eye literally equates to sitting in a prison cell for years.

Any form of bias should be removed.
