We vet at the door and refuse entry to people wearing gang colours, or smell bad/look homeless, who’ve been problems at other bars (we scan IDs), etc. And yes, pretty girls get priority because when they’re there, the guys come down. Having women brings men, and though men spend 70-80% of the money, without women we’d be dead as fuck.

I’ve cut people off not because they’re drunk, but just for being idiots, because they’ll make behaved, more important guests, leave.

That Starbucks fiasco? If two people waited in my bar without food or drink, “for a friend”, I’d kick them out by the half-hour mark. We’re a business, not a public park. “No loitering”... I don’t care what colour or gender you are
