Last Monday I filed a petition for full custody of my seven year old daughter in N.Y. I'm now preparing for court - compiling texts, recordings, official documents, etc. I'm having difficulties securing copies of court documents (felony conviction documents, prior ACS case information, etc.) to help my case. Is there a database I can pull court documents from or would I need to pay a fee to receive access? Any assistance would greatly be appreciated.

2014 - Mother plead guilty to child neglect in NY Family Court.

2014 - Mother plead guilty to felony DWI with child in car in NY Criminal Court.

2014 - 2018 - Several ACS cases open naming Mother.

2017 - I filed police report filed against Mother's boyfriend communicating threats.

2018 - Domestic Arrest of Mother's boyfriend.
