It's appalling to want to destroy the father of your children. Why? What do you get out of taking everything from him?

I'd understand if he was an abusive piece of crap, but if he's a legit good father and you just don't get along, why try to rip his life out? Also, how in the world does a court think 8k a month is acceptable for child support. It doesn't seem like it's for actual child support, and it seems more like it's punishing a guy for no longer being married. What judge in their right mind would think this is 'justice'?

I have a solid marriage now, but there is a bit of fear in the back of my mind should my marriage go south. I love my daughter more than anything, and the thought of her being taken away from me and kept from me is one of my biggest fears.

May this man's soul finds peace.

Absolutely heartbreaking, and utterly tragic that this man's death at the hands of an uncaring state snd evil woman is unlikely to affect true change.
