The only way in which the bible is appropriate for dicsussion around here is either for historical context or to describe the behavior of those that adhere to it. Anythings else either round-about or outright moralizing or an appeal to the blue pill. The purpose of the bible has never been to give us the truth. What I meant was men who LIFT. With sufficient training, a man weighing 185lbs can lift 400+. Several times his own weight.

Strength to body-weight is heavily biased towards skinny tall guys. I can definitely lift several times my body weight, but mostly because I'm really light and strong, but it's not common.

23% of children are raised by a single mother. Lots of misinformation here. Do you have to jump off a cliff to teach your kids not to jump off a cliff? Plenty of women offer physical threat: guns, mace, self defense moves. We all teach what works for us.

I'll be hitting 40 very soon, and for the first time in my life I'm starting to realize and accept the fact that there are certain things in life that you can't understand by reason alone. You can probably know about it, but you will never be able to internalize it without experience.
Experience is the reason why your manager makes probably twice as much money as you do, even though you think all he does is sitting on his ass all day.
I always been ambitious and a bit of a rebel, and I hated when older people used to tell me "you are too young to understand this"

Gun is not a self-defense move. Self-defense moves are krav-maga and other bullshit for women that's not gonna do shit in critical situations due to their psychological features which was proven many times.
And EVEN if a woman owns a gun, she wouldn't be able to do shit in 99% of aforementioned critical situations.
