There's absolutely no excuse for a teacher, who's in a position of trust, to groom and then repeatedly rape a 13yo child. Boys hit puberty on average 2 years later than girls, between 12 and 14. He's just a child, he doesn't know what's going on with his body and for an adult who abuses kids like this there must be a special place in hell.
