I mean, I get the business side of that prejudice, in that the majority of patrons are drunk, horny males that will spend/tip more if they're trying to flirt with a hot bartender. But how is it ok for them to tell me that in an interview for barback after I tell them I'm trying to get my foot in the door to be a bartender. I just feel like if it was the other way around, there would be lawsuits out the wazoo. My pops told me to just tell them I identify as a female and I might have a better recourse to cry "sexism".
