I think the argument is that in some sectors of society men do use their privilege to get whatever they want. See Phillip Green, Kevin Spacey, Harvey Weinstein, etc etc.

Personally I think it's a problem with the wealthy echelons of society using their power and influence, but due to primarily historical influence from when being a man played a larger role in society, the majority of the people and clubs/fraternities that dictate this behaviour tend to be men.
