My ex has not let me see my daughter or talk to her on the phone over the last 10 days he tried to make up Provisions in the plan where I have agreed for Jewish holidays but she's tried to extend them based on another calendar I have spoken to other Jewish people who say that it's a bunch of BS because nobody saw the Great's Sukkot like like that. She is constantly denied me phone calls which I have proof of she's been late over an hour or two hours on our Wednesday drop offs. I want to know what I can do in court to take it to her more than the normal, is it better to hire a lawyer or should I get a paralegal.
