Not the draft. National conscription. South Korea is a country that has literally been at war since, well, the Korean war. Which never ended. One way they prepare for a very possible hot flash of this cold war is by requiring all men to serve two years in the military.

There are many countries that do this, for various reasons. The question becomes, with sexual dimorphism being a real thing, how does this impact a nation's decision to conscript all or a portion of it's population?
