OP's notes: Without context, I understand that this animation could be taken in both ways. But because the author had the intention of creating a love story, it seems a bit demented that almost everybody insisted that this was something evil. No offense, but I'm not sure if these people had ever been in a relationship to comment. At least, a good and understanding one.

My first hypothesis is that this is about a troubled couple in which the guy brought her flowers as an apology, perhaps over a recent fight. The woman, whose too stubborn enough to forgive still insisted on being left alone. The guy becomes worried because she wouldn't respond and kept avoiding, and they go on a long chase in which the male is burdened to go through a lot of shit because his S.O. is still in a tantrum. Finally the story ends with the girl getting stuck in a bit of a pickle, and so the guy caught up to her and helped, in which she finally cools down and forgives him after realizing that he loves her very much.

My first thought was this because I've been in very similar situations in the past with my current loved one. Most dramatic one where he actually had to bring me a potted plant to make him feel like he's worth something to me. When you're angry, irritated or upset at your partner, you may have the habit of avoiding them in a passive aggressive sense, but in most cases that just makes your partner even more worried, making them want to see and be with you more to make sure that you're okay. Your negativity may cloud your perception of dealing with things in a healthy way, so in reality you still love and want the attention of your S.O. This is the aspect of the relationship in which the animation is trying to express. Not to mention, the common expectation and dignity of the guy making the first moves when it comes to preserving his relationship.

The fact that so many people willingly misinterpret the main idea by demonizing the male and somehow victimizing the "strong" woman seems to be a very toxic ideology ingrained into people's mind's nowadays. I don't know how these people will manage a healthy relationship in the future if it's always harassment this and harassment that when they start to bicker. Not sure how long anyone is going to stand for such.
