Women are not "girls", they're grown human beings. Children, on the other hand, are the future of the species and most helpless of the society.
Also, man's reproduction lasts longer than a woman's and grown woman is IN NO WAY comparable to the young and infant males. When it comes down to the lives of grown women vs. the lives of young boys, women themselves, especially those old and wrinkly ones, should be eager to prove their womanhood by sacrificing themselves to protect boys and the humanity's future.
Women who would toss baby boys under the bus to save their own lives and for their own selfish reasons are just sorry excuses for human beings who don't care about (the future of) our species.
