TLDR: I want to provide advice and reading material to a family member on how to deal with (and get rid of) a crazy bitch coworker without referring to TRP.

I've been in this situation before and got screwed for not being able to handle it correctly. After discovering TRP I've read several discussions on similar cases with a lot of great insights, and now that a younger cousin (let's name him "YC") is going through exactly the same, I'd like to help without providing links to TRP.

The problem is a crazy bitch. His manager is a 60yo woman that works perfectly well in the workplace but hired for a junior position a crazy bitch (let's name her "CB") that worked with her previously.

CB upside for the company: she is rich and well connected.

CB downside: she is dumb, backstabbing, superficial and is using her proximity with her manager to bring YC down. Although he tells me she is not pretty, it appears to me that she has that kind of entitlement typical of rich pretty women, that the world has always provided her with the best things and she never had to work for shit.

I suppose YC should go all dark triad on her, but I'd like to provide him with reading resources on (i) identifying CB's personality and knowing how to act around her, and (ii) how to get rid of her. But again, I do not want to provide him links to TRP.
