Bet if this story was flipped and it was a male punching a autistic female for this it would be way different.

I want to keep tabs on that because I bet he suffers with autism and something else as well. Most autistic people I know are touchy feely type of people and it's never escalated farther then a hug (which I don't mind).

This isn't a pussypass issue. The guy physically forced her to hug him, and when he went in a second time she reacted well within her rights.
