Other than being lower than dirt for doing that I wonder what charges they will bring her up on. GoFundMe is a private company, had it been a registered charity (maybe they are but doubtful) that may warrant charges. It’s like donation to a politician, most of it will be spent on hookers and booze but you have no say after the donation is complete.
