In my prior post https://www.reddit.com/r/Divorce_Men/comments/ii160f/my_saga_continues/ I have court tomorrow at 3pm. The final attempt to work anything out was this offer
"Last offer to attempt to work something out. One overnight a month. One week notice required before visit. Visits will not occur at my mothers house. I want one week in the summer with one month notice. I also request Father's Day, my birthday for visitation, and 2 hours on December 23 to exchange gifts. I request phone calls up to 3 times a week. I want child care set to $0, Child support can remain the same. I am requesting one child for tax purposes every year and you can have the other two every year. Finally I am requesting that the children's international travel be subject to court approval. In exchange all medical, school, and any other decisions are yours and yours alone to make. I feel this is a fair compromise and I hope you consider it."
I'm not sure what to expect at this point. so any help would be awesome.
