This is a throwaway account.

I just started a new job not long ago. I work closely with a couple of people, all in the same room. One of these people is a girl, who we will call Sarah. I was immediately attracted to Sarah as soon as I saw her. She's smart, and hot. Now, I've been out of the race for about 6 years, as I'm in a long term relationship. I never interact with girls without my girlfriend around. I need to underscore the fact that I am not looking for an opportunity to cheat on my girlfriend, all I want is to know that I still have it--and this is the first time I've been able to flirt and whatnot without my girlfriend around. Also, I feel a new kind of energy, and find that I am putting more effort into my appearance because of this girl Sarah. I'm sure as some of you know, after being in a long term relationship for a while, you can get lazy.

From the start, Sarah has been really, really nice to me. She's fairly conservative, doesn't really swear or anything. I don't know if I can say for certain she is flirting, but logic tells me yes. However, Sarah has a boyfriend of a couple years and they live together. I'm starting to second guess myself after 6 weeks of this. I want to know for sure if she thinks I am attractive and if she is flirting with me.

Here are a few things that stand out to me that she's done they came across as flirty, but could also be just her being nice:

She complained that we sat too far apart (currently sit about 10 feet away from her)

She asks me for help daily

We went out to a company lunch, and she sat next to me, the whole time her hands were fidgeting in the back seat of the car we rode in, then she sat next to me at the table even though we were the first to sit down and she had the rest of the table to choose from

She keeps eye contact pretty strong while we talk, for the most part

She constantly compliments me on aspects of my personality

She rarely brings up her bf, and if she does it's because it was forced in one way or another. The other day, she said she couldn't go with us to lunch because she was meeting somebody, when pressed she said she was meeting her boyfriend. Boss asked her why she didn't just say that in the first place, and she seemed to embarrassed.

I noticed she put a password on her phone since I've been there (i think), though that doesn't really mean anything. We talk almost exclusively through snapchat and she looks at every single Snapchat story I post. We are not friends on Facebook, even though I am friends with everyone else I work with.

However, there has also been some things she has said and done that would make me think otherwise, and they throw me off my game:

She rarely reaches out to me first after work (text, snapchat, etc). She does, but rarely. I have stopped messaging her because of this.

I feel like her body language feels closed off when we are around each other, but that's what she always looks like. In other words, her body language doesn't open up when she gets close to me.

We have a spreadsheet to fill out daily, and we often make little jokes in it. The other day I wrote "(who?)" next to her name and she wrote "yer best friend!" I've always heard this is bad, but then again I feel like logically she could have said it for any number of reasons.

The bottom line is, I have a major crush and I just want those feelings to be reciprocated. I feel in my gut she is attracted to me, it's my intuition. The way she talks to me, looks at me, etc. However, I need to tread carefully, it's a tricky situation.

I've obviously overthought the shit out of this and I will probably regret posting. However, in the meantime--any feedback is appreciated. I want her to know how I feel, and I'm not sure how to do it. I wouldn't mind telling her if I knew it was mutual. If I'm reading the signs wrong and she doesn't feel that way at all I would stand to lose more than I would gain. I know my coworkers all use reddit so I will probably delete this soon.

I appreciate any insight that can come from rant.
