Hi guys,

I am about to change my job to another company (salary increase, more responsibility and the job I was actually aiming for for the last 4-5 years) in January. Situation: There is this co-worker at my current job and some months ago we were hanging out but nothing happened. I had not enough SMV value and my frame was f*cked up. But she was somehow attracted. But I ignored her more or less. Recently she started getting more attracted as I made it public that I am leaving. Last week the whole company went out and out of the whole group, 6-7 people ended up in a bar and I was drunk as hell. Some of us where heading to a club and I was hitting on her but could't barely stand and joined the other guys for the club. There was that moment where I was close to her and didn't kiss her. It was that obvious moment. She needed the dick. I didn't escalate.

Later that night (around 1am) we called and she told me some bs stuff and said she wants to go out with me one day and it was based on a requirement we always joke on (not meant seriously). I said "okay, let's go out and will do that shit" and went back to the club. Days after I realised a change in her behaviour. She looks away when seeing me, but does text me some bs everyday which I didn't ignore at the beginning but after realizing I entered orbiterville and she was seeking validation, I ignored all the text messages. I think I am in orbiterville because I did't escalate that moment when she was expecting it and then acted BP'ed (by accepting her "frame" (that supid requirement above)).

If we talk, I stay seriously and do not joke with her like before. I made new dates with other plates and its great having alternatives.

But I am still not RP'ed and thus don't know how to really handle this situation and want to ask the experts in here what to do. Yes, I would like to bang the shit out of her. But I made a conscious decision to ignore her until I leave the company and when she contacts me again (after I left), I invite her over. If she says no, hard next.

My 2nd question is: should I ignore her and stay serious or act like before?

EDIT: forgot to mention. Yesterday she was saying my name quite often during an event in order I approach her like a beta guy. Instead, I was hitting on two other girls and made a number close with the hot one and left to a bar with some guys to watch football. Later my co-worker texted me. I ignored.

EDIT 2: She invited me on the 15th to her birthday party. I don't want to go actually.
