This takes place in Nevada.

I have a close friend I’ve known since we were in the military together. For as long as I’ve known him, he has never wanted children because he had a traumatic childhood. He had been in a relationship for a little over a year. He found out about a month ago that his girlfriend has been drugging him and having unprotected sex with him. He broke it off with her and cut all contact with her.

She contacted him a few days ago saying she’s pregnant and he’s the father. Also, she won’t get an abortion and is hoping he’ll come back to her (honestly she’s crazy, but she peed on a stick and showed him).

What are his rights here? Can he force an abortion since he was the victim of sexual assault? If not, will he still be held accountable and have to pay child support? What options does he have?
