- Yesterday some girl randomly told me "happy father's day" I replied "thanks" with a smile.

- Today I went to visit my father at the cemetary, on the way I pick up a small bouqet of flowers at the flower shop, the woman in front of me wished the workers there a happy fathers day.

- At the actual cemetary there were lots of people, many more than I've ever seen, there was an actual traffic jam near my father's grave with 8 cars jammed in close together, and about 20 people in close proximity all visiting their relatives.

- Grocery store checkout lady wishes me a happy father's day, hands me my receipt and change. Feels good man.

PS - Before I forget, happy Father's Day to all of you, even if you're not a dad yet, I hope you will be if you want that, and we are all "Fathers of the community" of a sort.
