So I've been having a deep think about a point that MRAs like to bring up when it comes to circumcising boys and why they're so aggressive about their campaigns and love to shame people who aren't circumcised or don't get circumcised. The profit incentive is one of the most fascinating points brought up on this sub that I had never considered and I think what would really strengthen the MRA argument is if we got some kind of financial record of religious organisations profiting from the practice.

Now it could well be that someone has already investigated this but again I think it would be good for the sake of strengthening the argument to get some actual financial records on the sub that demonstrate to people that there's a link between how hard religions push for circumcision and how much money they get donated to by pharmaceutical companies or even just medical groups that 'dispose of' foreskins after the circumcision is done.
