We recognise that men in Modern Western World face severe discrimination. First, many individuals and Media Sources view men as villains and oppressors. Extreme hatred of men including calls to #killallmen is common in the Media in general and Twitter in particular. Second, men accused of Sexual Misconduct are presumed guilty by Mainstream Media, College Tribunals, and Human Resources of most companies. Hundreds of thousands of men have lost their careers over unsubstantiated allegations. Third, male victims of Domestic Violence are more likely to be arrested then helped. A typical example is a nonviolent man stabbed by his wife/gf and classified as the Primary Aggressor by Family Court. He has to undergo training in which he has to admit that he is the abuser, and he deserved everything done to him. Fourth, male offenders on average get 63% longer sentences for the same crime. Fifth, men are discriminated in Divorce, although this discrimination is not as bad as it was 20 years ago.

Since 1970s, there have been many organizations advocating for male victims of Abuse and Discrimination. Despite tremendous obstacles, advocacy for men did bring limited success. Some organizations focus on Fathers Rights -- this is one area where the situation is improving. Other organizations focus on helping male victims of Domestic Violence. Public awareness of DV against men in 2020 is much higher then in 1990s. Still other organizations focus on Due Process for students accused of Sexual Misconduct. The latter have won over a hundred lawsuits filed by male students subject to unjust expulsion from universities.

Men and women who advocate for Politically Incorrect victims of Abuse and Discrimination pay a steep personal price. Those who advocate for male victims offline are fired and blacklisted. Those who anonymously advocate on Social Media face severe online bullying, insults and threats. Generally, those who advocate for men on Social Media are banned even when they violate no rules. Bullies who insult and threaten them are not banned despite violating many rules.

Unfortunately, Modern Western World is a Totalitarian Society, which has only nominal Freedom. People face severe persecution for a wide range of opinions which Progressives find offensive. Advocates for male victims of Abuse and Discrimination are a relatively small minority of people who are being persecuted for their opinions. For example, during the Summer of 2019, YouTube has banned 17,000 Politically Incorrect channels. Less then 1% of those were in any way related to men's issues. This is not a secret conspiracy -- many Strong Conservatives know that they are not allowed to express any views offensive to Progressives.

The mission of Egalitarian Society is to provide a support group for people who are being silenced and persecuted by Totalitarian Society for their Egalitarian views. Even though individual members may engage in political activism, the Egalitarian Society is not an activist organization.

Egalitarians have advocated for all victims of Abuse and Discrimination paying steep personal price. Many Egalitarians have come to recognize men's issues having suffered abuse and discrimination themselves. Other Egalitarians, myself included, are Autistic. Some people with Autism find it difficult to fit into Mainstream Society -- especially if fitting in requires conforming to socially accepted injustice and prejudice.

The goal of Egalitarian Society is to organize friendship and support via online audio conferencing channels. Even though video conferencing is widely available in 2020, we focus on audio conferencing in order to protect members anonymity. All video conferencing programs have an option for the absence of the video.
