Is there anything I can do legally to get my son from me ex if she’s mistreating him but probably not enough to be considered physical abuse. She is name calling him telling him he’s pathetic for wanting to see me and pulling him by his hair

Tweet with me to seek justice:

"[Mother] is name calling [son] telling him he’s pathetic for wanting to see [father] and pulling him by his hair" Look @MikeDeWine @OHSupremeCourt @OhioAG #ChildAbuse #DomesticViolence #FathersRights

And in reply:

Alienators are child abusers "signs in the adult that’s perpetrating the abuse..applying severe punishments (denying them father access), showing unrealistic expectations of the child (expecting to destroy their love for their father)" #ParentalAlienation https://www.verywellfamily.com/what-is-emotional-child-abuse-4157502

And in reply:

Alienators are domestic abusers. "Emotional abuse involves invalidating or deflating the victim's sense of self-worth and/or self-esteem..injuring the victim's relationship with his/her children, or interfering with the victim's abilities." #FathersRights https://family.findlaw.com/domestic-violence/what-is-domestic-violence.html
