Courts that deciding about divorce and children have set up a really good business model where they put down a one-way bet (I read that 4% of all alimony decisions goes to the husband) to get their money coming and secure the employment of half-educated judges to save their own positions and employment. One would be stupid to be a female not to get the free money for life as you can almost never lose. Less than 2% of divorces in Sweden goes to court since there is nothing to gain as a divorce terminates the obligation of spousal support which I believe is an evidence of just that. Further, that courts in most cases alienate the father from his children by giving the custody to the mother is another biased decision making to have his/her position as a judge secure for the foreseen future so that they can retire on a fat pension together with their accomplices, the so-called lawyers.
