A common theme of not being a nice guy that is talked about a ton is about putting your needs first and being disagreeable. This is pretty self explanatory until I realized that i tend to enjoy doing/trying many different things and know at least a little bit about many different things too. Is being able to talk with genuine interest about many things to the point of always agreeable still a nice guy strategy?

Id presume this falls more in the realm of charm but if im missing something, an eye opener would be appreciated. Thanks
