This is bullshit.

Why does everything have to be associated with power ?

If women only spaces are meant to overcome social inequality , why can't men make such spaces ? Free from women. Just a boys only establishment.

Its strange how on one side feminists want safe spaces for women but also want to enter spaces for men.

An online petition is calling on a women-only gym in Montreal’s Rosemont borough to reverse its decision to begin allowing men to become members.

Éconofitness Extra au Féminin’s website confirms that starting Dec. 20, the gym on Masson St. will open its doors to men, too.

Men's money spends just as well as women's. So what's the problem?

The woman behind the petition, Marie-Hélène Gauthier, says the decision was made unilaterally, without consulting members — all of them women who had previously signed on for a women-only environment in which to train.

Unless the members are also the owners, they don't need to be consulted.

The gym “allows women in the neighbourhood to have a place where they can feel comfortable to train in peace, surrounded by other women,” Gauthier’s petition states.

Interesting how heterosexual men are not permitted a comfortable place to do anything in peace, surrounded by other men.

It's not as if women are screaming to be allowed into men's only clubs or anything.

It's almost as if feminism...is merely female chauvinism.

They are what they accuse you of being.

I used to go to a gym here in the UK that had a "women only" section, which consisted of the entire ground floor.

Though, it was usually almost completely empty, and there were always gym thots upstairs trying to get attention from men in the weight training section.

Anyways, it was illegal for them to actually stop men going into the womens only section, so I used to mostly go in there just to see the look on women's faces.

Looks of horror, disgust, anger. It was sweet to walk in and run 5K on the treadmill noticing the evil stares from women whilst knowing they couldn't do anything about it.

N.B. CCTV everywhere to protect me from false allegations.

I am ok with this as long as we are allowed to have men only gyms.

If men do same they will whine equality and blah blah to trespass and encroach male spaces.
