Anyway how do I don't get attracted to beautiful girls? I mean like they send chills around my spine but the same girl in 20 more years won't. Damn I hate my own reptile brain. Any advice?

You can't. It's hardwired into your biology. You might as well ask "how can I stop relying on oxygen?" or "how can I stop needing to drink water?".

There is no way to rationalize your way to not being physically attracted to beautiful women. That's why the answer is to bang lots of women, not to become celibate until you clear your head. You can't clear your head until you have regular access to tail, and you do yourself a disservice by attempting to do so. Realize that creating sexual opportunity doesn't make you any less horny, it simply gives you enough headspace to not act like a thirsty ass.
