Its also factually inaccurate as a statement, every single report about working shows guys work longer hours and, generally, work harder, even if the job sucks.

I'm unfamiliar with UK law, but i think discrimination based on sex is....sexist, right?

Interestingly the comments don't really mind, I wonder if they would say the same thing about the enforced gender quotas in things like politics or CEOS.
