Its hard to argue back because as a presumed victim she has been assigned special moral status. Anything you say to exonerate yourself will be perceived as an attack.

I would talk to the other guys she got physical with. The basic argument is that you as a guy are expected to maintain your moral agency while drunk. As a girl her moral agency goes out the window when she is drunk.

Talk to the other guys she got physical with that night. Tell them yr story. A few trusted people that know the truth will be a foundation for your comeback. Sooner or later she is going to accuse another guy. That is your moment to speak up. Not now.

I've seen it happen so many times. Women get drunk, cool around and the next day regret it so they fall back on the molestation and rape accusations in an atempt to feel better about themselves. But if you are sincerely concerned things may get legal, grab a lawyer first and write out a statement. It will go a long way if things actually go to the courtroom. Talk to your friends that were there as they were witnesses that you didn't molest her. But it's very important you take the first steps and take this seriously.
