If you’re seriously worried about your inability to cope with the changes in your life that happen when your offspring are born, then you shouldn’t be reproducing to begin with.

If you’re already a father with this problem then “man up”, do your job!!! The mother of your child just pushes a person out of herself. I think you can focus on your job and getting her back to normal for a while. If you do, you might find the woman feeling secure, hence peaceful and it might kindle interest in you and arousal.
