I have lots of government experience and pass all the job requirements and pass all the tests with great scores yet never get interviews. I was even offered an interview and then they ghosted me. I am a SWM and had to resign from my previous government job for family issues and now I can't even get the time of day from basically any job in Washington state that isn't minimum wage and super low paying. I have two kids and a wife and I am basically a disease. It seems like I am being discriminated against for being a white male. I am wondering if other people have had experience like this? I know that most government departments are majority women at all levels minority and basically very low percentage of men especially white men and even more so straight white men. This has got to be discrimination in some sense.
