2 Women FREAKOUT Over Dutch Police Arrest

Context: The cop was giving the filming woman and the girl in the video a fine for driving without a seatbelt when the girl seen in the video started attacking.

After a short while the cop managed to get her against the wall, cue video.

Translation from Dutch:

Officer: "You will cooperate"

Girl in video: "I will be late because of you!"

Officer: [Louder] "You will cooperate!"

Camera-woman: "You shouldn't hit her!"

Officer: "Shut up. There's more hits for you as well."

Camera-woman: "What do you mean? More hits? What do you mean? More hits? No way! You shouldn't hit us. You shouldn't hit us! She has to catch a bus and I have to pick up my mother at the bus stop"

Girl in video: "You can't arrest me!"

Officer: "Just you watch."

Camera-woman: "I have to pick up my mother at the bus stop. Hey, hello! The woman is 85"

Officer: "Would you please hold still"

Camera-woman: "Kaylee, stay calm. Kaylee, just stay calm HEEEEY. Act like normal person, man!"

Girl in video: [Multiple times] "Let go of me, dude!"

Camera-woman: [To officer] "Act normal!"

Camera-woman: [Multiple times] "Do you consider that normal?"

Camera-woman: "Do you think it's normal the way you're treating that gal?"

Girl in video: [To the camera-woman] "Hey. Call the police!"

Camera-woman: [To someone approaching] "He's psycho! He hit us with his baton, the psycho! Filthy dog!"

Officer: [To camera-woman] Back off now!

[More of the same back and forth]

Camera-woman: You filthy tubeculosis sufferer! [Context: Dutch swearing usually involves diseases]

Camera-woman: *Gets smacked in the face*

The camera-woman has a very thick Brabant dialect/accent (with a speck of "white trash" added to it), which I can't really translate to English.

Update: In the aftermath of the video two passer-bys (one of which can be seen walking up in the video) helped the officer keeping the woman down for arrest.

That is not a good policing. An experienced police officer would have not gotten himself into that situation over a minor traffic violation now he has to explain this to his supervisor and if this ends up in court guess who they gonna believe especially when the video only shows him hitting the girls.
