The only real punishment she got is that she was fired from her job and, hopefully, she has the stigma of almost murdering someone for no damn reason following her wherever she goes and wherever she tries to find a job.

The "magistrate" didn't even give out justice at all. It's up to the people of Australia to remember who she is, what she did, and make it difficult for her to find a job to enforce the little "punishment" she can be given now.
