India: Woman who was found guilty under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act was sentenced to ten years of rigorous imprisonment. Judge said, “In the POCSO Act, it is not always that the male will be guilty... a woman or a girl is also entitled of the same punishment as a man.”
