When I met my ex she told me over and over again what a great shot she was but never really explained why.

After about 4 months of this I decided to take her out shooting expecting her to be not a great a shot and was shocked to see she was better than most other people I had ever met.

She explained this by saying that she went hunting with her dad everyday for 20 years to survive, times were tough after the Soviet Union collapsed in former countries.

There were a couple of problems that only years later I realized.

  1. She brought her friends Ar10 to shoot, which is roughly 3x more powerful than an ar15 and was amazing shot with it, even her form was excellent.
  2. She was setting up old easter eggs to shoot at 25 yards with a handgun.

The first problem was she claims to have never shot an ar10 before - which means she must have spent a lot of time with some other semi automatic rifle with a pistol grip that's as powerful, I'm assuming a Dragunov?

The second is hand guns are illegal where she grew up, only police and military can have them, she was neither and was very skilled with them too.

Both of these problems were never answered directly but based on a combination of factors I now believe her father was a KGB agent and around the end of the Soviet Union was involved in Bloody December and was granted land and a political position in the new country when it formed. He also was involved or got into organized crime at this time too and owns over 25000 hectares of land that has never been explained to me either.

Also her neighbor who is highly suspect has a walk-in vault filled with machine guns, rocket launchers and other stuff he wouldn't show me when I visited.

During our relationship she would tell me that when someone would steal a horse her and her father would fly in his helicopter with rifles but never said what happened.

She also received some MMA training from the top Russian fighter at the time and went to those schools you see in Russia where kids are taught about stripping down AK47's

The way she phrases her life growing up I think she was being groomed for something more though, possibly KGB too as women were not allowed to inherit their fathers land back then. At least until the Soviet Union collapsed. She still sees herself as Soviet first, everything else 2nd, 3rd and 4th being an American citizen now. Long story short I felt pretty good about her moving in when I already had a handgun and rimfire rifle at home.

She apparently is also very good with a knife, once telling my daughter that when she was her age (4) she would shoot rabbits in the head with a a rifle, nail them to a tree and use a pocket knife to skin them, which now seems more like a threat to me instead like many other indirect and direct threats like being able to have me killed in Russia by the mafia or knowing how to hire Romanian hitmen to keep her hands clean etc.

Lawyers, the Sherriff and even the FBI recommended that I put distance between us until my custody case is over - there is now 2400 miles between us and I do carry a gun all the time now, I am probably in many ways less safe now.

After she got pregnant I was still working late nights, long hours so I gave her the money to buy her own handgun and immediately regretted it, not only did she want to keep a round in the chamber (Glock), she came into the kitchen with it stuffed into her PJ's and wanted a picture, you can see she's 5 months pregnant here.

Since she pretends to be weak she told me she can't chamber a round - so that's the reason to keep it condition 1. She's lying but ok. Once she gave birth I paid for range days and offered to pay for instruction but she refused.

After about a year she revealed that "once she had X she was done with me" apparently using me to have a kid and covering 40K of my 401K into a home remodeling for a house we bought "together".

She did this by coming back from vacation with our daughter, waiting for me to go to work and then putting my stuff in the garage but she went much further.

I had since gotten rid of the rimfire rife and had most of a rimfire pistol, minus the BCG I kept at my parents. She gave that which has the registered receiver aka firearm and her Glock to her friends kid who was 17 to give to him.

In California to have a gun then you need to be 18 for a rifle 21 for a handgun and need a permit. He was underage, un-permited and unrelated even, his dad was the same. I don't know how many state and federal laws that violates but I am sure it's a lot. Also she didnt ask me so add theft of a firearm to that.

Since my parents lived next to them they quickly took custody of my firearm as that was still legal and had them drop hers off at an FFL after the police told me that would be ok. It was later sold. Eventually as the laws were going to change about ar style pistols even rimfire I sold mine right before the law changed.

The odd thing is that later when interviewed by CPS and the Sheriff she brought that up and even submitted a statement to the court about it, I had no intention at the time.

As if that wasn't enough when my daughter was 6 months old, her friend was going to give his son an airsoft gun for his birthday so she put our daughter in her recliner, placed it over the armrests and took a picture and sent it to him, he apparently posted it to Facebook until he told me months later and I asked him to take it down and then forgot about it for 4 years.

Years later my daughter was in school when her teacher went on a rant about guns I covered in another post and my daughter told her that her "dada Mischa) Russian for godfather had let her sit on his lap and pull the trigger to his "pew pew" which turned out to be an old 38 style starter pistol he had but of course the teacher heard "dad lets daughter play with handguns" and later wrote a statement about that.

Her mom could barely pull the 7 pound trigger on her Glock, I had considered swapping a 3.5 connector at one point, no way a 4 year old could, not that my daughter ever even saw her moms hand gun, except 1x when we gave her a gun safety lesson since her godfather has tons of them, sometimes 4-5 at his desk where she plays computer games. I'm trying to get a restraining order against him for many reasons among them claiming that his ex wife's lover before trying to kill him stole 50-75 guns he never reported which is crazy talk like everything else he says and does.

When I filed for custody eventually CPS was sent to interview her and apparently she found that picture and showed them before admitting that it was a fake gun and she took the picture, she told the Sheriff the same thing.

A few months later when trying to stymie my case by requesting a TOR that eventually imploded when she testified she changed her story claiming now that it was a real gun I guess - probably unaware that I have a copy of her statement or simply believing as we have both been told that in family court she can lie and commit perjury all she wants and nothing will happen to her, because this is the 3rd time she has tried to claim its now a real gun, even though mine was brown and it was black, somehow its mine, even though her friends son has it and he has a bunch of identical real guns?

The important point to note is that during the TOR proceedings, even though I had already accused her of ritual abuse, beating, grooming and 2 counts of sexual assault against my daughter and physical violence against me to the court, police and CPS my rights were taken away for 4 months, not hers.

She got to go around telling her friends she was going to frame me for rape next after trying to claim kidnapping before during the TOR where she also presented a secret illegal recording from 4 years earlier when I was mad at her about child abuse... - my attorney rolled his eyes when he asked her "it says on this police report that his client (me) called the sheriff after she was violating custody orders (for the 9th time BTW) and at no point did she mention any of that despite the fact that I was standing 300 feet away, called and there were 50 witnesses in a public park and I had pictures.

For 4 months I was disarmed and nearly remained so forever had her charges managed to stick, thank god the judge was a real one. It still cost me 8000.00 in legal fees and 12 court dates.

I think he was actually kind of mad listening to her lie so poorly and blatantly the entire testimony but kept it from being too obvious.

I realize this was a long post, but I didnt want to leave anything major out, there's obviously other things going on but I have been told numerous times that this is a common occurrence and it needs to stop.

I'm at the point now where I am working on a civil suit over the rights violations, possibly against her attorney she admitted has fabricated statements for her several times.
