How do you guys deal with approach anxiety and also what are some signs she wants you to approach her ?

Assume she doesn't want you to approach her unless you are the most amazing man she's ever going to meet. If you're not, then work on yourself. If you are, then approach her knowing that you are the prize.

If you can't internalize that concept before you approach, then don't approach. The sidebar will help. Inoculate yourself by taking a weekend and trying to get shot down fifty times. Go to the city and approach random girls. Get them to not give you their number. If they give you their number you've lost the game.

By the end of that weekend, you won't give a shit any more, and your approach anxiety will be cured. Repeat as often as necessary.
