From the article : “Judge Karen Robinson accepted the woman was still reasonably young and had expressed remorse.

She also recognised that she had a number of underlying mental health conditions.

The court heard the woman also had a background of intergenerational trauma, where she was exposed to domestic violence, drugs, alcohol and neglect.

Judge Robinson also found the woman had been positively engaging in her treatment, which would likely be interrupted in custody.”

Good God! So many excuses for her! How many of these factors do you think would have been considered had the rapist been a man??

I am guessing she is fat and/or ugly, otherwise she would have gotten a suspended sentence.
