Hi,

it's entirely normal that you feel that way. Most survivors of sexual abuse (male or female) are afraid to speak about the abuse they experience and with the threat to your life that's even more understandable.

There is help available that you can engage with anonymously. They can help you in addressing the consequences (both mental & physical) the abuse has caused you.

The following organisation from South Africa is focussed on helping men in your situation. Since they are from South Africa, I don't know whether they can be of any tangible help, but maybe they have some connections or related recommendations:
