Let your girlfriend handle it. Better yet why hasn't she handled this already? Why hasn't she blocked his number? Because she likes the attention. You threatening him or beating him up gets you nowhere good. It's your girlfriends problem, let her fix it. It's very simple. Delete, block, then ghost the guy.
